Description: Neon is the personification of Poly's internet nostalgia, as reclaimed in a punk manner. Sparkledogs were commonplace of spaces it frequented as a child like deviantart, resulting in old OCs like pUls3 [warning: really old art]. Think of Neon as pUls3's reincarnation. She is both the fursuit we wear to the occasional con and a frequent character used in vrchat. It may be worth knowing Neon is more likely to use informal speech and slang than Poly itself is.
